Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
- Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error in the customization process.
- Some items, such as perishable goods, software, or downloadable products, may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@warriorsister.org to request a return authorization.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) and any associated shipping labels.
- Please securely package the item(s) to be returned and include a copy of your original invoice or proof of purchase.
Exchange or store credit only!
NO CASH REFUNDS
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs incurred for the initial purchase are non-refundable.
- You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
